Your Role
As a Warehouse Operative / Reach Truck Driver, you will:
* Pick and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items.
* Prepare items for our drivers to deliver to customers.
* Participate in a comprehensive induction and receive ongoing training, including options for forklift, first aid, and HGV driving.
With nearly 90% of our managers starting in this role, your potential for growth is limitless!
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should:
* Have your own transport to reach the site due to limited public transport options.
* Be experienced and competent in driving a Reach Truck (in-house licenses are accepted).
* Be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a cool environment (thermal uniforms provided).
* Be physically fit to lift weights of up to 25kg.
