Accountancy Practice and Tax recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding, leading regional firm of chartered accountants who are looking to add an experienced and driven Personal Tax Manager to the team in their Maidenhead office.
There will also be a strong element of tax advisory work involved in the role, with you providing guidance and tax planning services to clients.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in a solely tax focused role and may be CTA Qualified or ATT Qualified with significant managerial experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a varied portfolio of personal tax consultancy clients.
Advise clients on a full range of services including CGT, international tax, property tax, tax returns, trusts & estates, IHT, tax compliance and fee protection insurance.
Review more complex tax returns and computations
Play key role in networking and marketing activities to win private client tax consultancy work.
Measure and monitor the division’s KPIs.
Alongside the Personal Tax Director, create and implement a personal tax business strategy, consulting and drawing upon the expertise of the Board.
Plan and manage the work being delivered by the Personal Tax division.
Line manage and develop staff in the personal tax team.
Skills:
Ideally CTA or ATT qualified
Demonstrable experience of personal tax advisory
Significant experience in a private client tax team
Strong UK Personal Tax knowledge across a wide range of topics
