Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting learning as needed
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in a Key Stage 1 setting
A creative, caring, and resilient approach to classroom teaching
Excellent communication and organisational skills
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Aspire People)
