We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and guest-focused Assistant Manager to join a rapidly growing business within the sports and leisure sector. You will be supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy venue, including responsibility for the food and beverage outlets, team supervision, and delivering a first-class guest experience.

9. Maintain operational efficiency and ensure a safe, welcoming environment
10. Drive excellent guest feedback and continuous improvement
