The Role:
* Supporting children aged 0-5 in a busy nursery setting
* Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Encouraging social, emotional and educational development through play
* Working closely with the team to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
* Building strong relationships with children, parents and staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential or desirable depending on experience)
* Experience working within a UK nursery or early years setting
* A sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
