Job Description
Position: Regional Mobile Security Manager
Location: South East and South West England
Licence Requirement: Full clean UK Driving Licence (vehicle will be provided)
Purpose of the Role
The Mobile Coordinator role involves supervising Mobile supervisors across multiple areas to ensure compliance, performance, welfare and management of Mobile Supervisors in line with company standards. The position demands strong leadership, operational oversight, and commitment.
The role requires professionalism, flexibility, and the ability to foster strong working relationships with clients and staff while maintaining high levels of service delivery and cultural sensitivity
Key Responsibilities
Operational Duties
1. Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site visits
2. in accordance with Assignment Instructions (AI's).
3. Ensure Mobile supervisors are trained and updated of any changes or requests with regular communication, compliant, and competent in their duties, testing knowledge where required.
4. Carry out welfare checks, 1-2-1 meetings with Mobile Supervisors
5. Complete compliance audits and support incident investigations, producing accurate reports.
6. Ensure patrols are carried out to standard and escalate issues or incidents where necessary.
7. Oversee the daily compliance logs, vehicle inspections, and site visit reports.
8. Support sites with investigations, incident reporting, and client engagement.
9. Training & Development
10. Undertake all required competency, company (Mitie/TMC), and site-specific training.
11. Ensure staff training compliance and provide guidance to improve performance.
12. Maintain professional development and update knowledge of relevant systems and procedures.
13. Attend regular meetings with Line management
14. Monitor intel reports

Training & Development

Requirements
31. Licences & Clearances:
32. Full UK Driving Licence (clean, minimum 12 months).
33. Valid SIA licence (essential).
34. Enhanced DBS (EDBS) – ability to obtain is a requirement.
35. Security Clearance (SC) – ability to obtain is a requirement.
36. Experience & Skills:
37. Extensive experience in the security industry, with proven supervisory experience.
38. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and report writing.
39. Ability to use and learn company systems (Mitie/TMC).
40. Strong communication and literacy skills, both written and verbal.
41. Ability to lead, motivate, and support staff effectively while maintaining authority.
42. Skilled in problem-solving, prioritisation, and decision-making.
