Teamcenter Migration Consultant(Contract or Permanent available)
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire (on-site, 4-day compressed week available)
The Opportunity:
A leading engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Teamcenter Migration Engineer to support an Engineering clientbased in Huddersfield.
Youll take the technical lead on end-to-end PLM and CAD data migrations into Siemens Teamcenter working across legacy systems, data mapping, script configuration, validation, and post-go-live support.
This is a hands-on, technically challenging role within a high-performing engineering environment. Youll be part of a long-term programme delivering critical solutions for a key defence client.
What Youll Do:
1. Lead full lifecycle Teamcenter migration projects from planning through execution and validation.
2. Analyse and interpret legacy PLM, ERP, and CAD data to define scope and migration strategy.
3. Collaborate with business and functional teams to capture and document data mappings and transformation rules.
4. Configure and optimise ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) scripts.
5. Support test runs, go-live cutovers, and post-migration stabilisation.
6. Conduct data profiling and cleansing, advising stakeholders on improvements.
