Job Description
An Assistant Project Manager is required to join an established high-end car showroom design and fit-out organisation, a leading brand within the industry across the UK and Europe.
You will work within a team of professionals including Designers, Project Managers, and Branding Specialists to develop high-end showrooms from conception to delivery.

General Overview of the Role
The role involves acting as a member of the Project Management team, assisting with project management tasks, Employers' Agent duties, Project Monitoring, Brand Guardian services, and Cost Management services.
You will need to communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, suppliers, consultants, and contractors at various levels.
The candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and support all aspects of typical construction projects, including site surveys, planning advice, consultant appointments, cost planning, procurement, contract administration, programming, and project execution, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.
You will work closely with and support the Senior Management Team and Board Directors to achieve project management objectives and be familiar with JCT forms of contract to address internal project challenges.
General Duties
* PM/EA: Ensure consistency and effectiveness of reporting templates, report regularly to clients, and deliver high standards of Contract Administration (JCT).
* Project Monitoring: Assist in concluding feasibility stages, manage monitoring stages, report on progress milestones and compliance, and ensure template consistency.
* Brand Guardian: Liaise with design and retail planning teams regarding brand standards, ensure standards are applied within projects, implement compliance tracking templates, record deviations, and manage project sign-offs.
* Cost Management: Support early cost estimating, ensure regular cost reporting to clients.
Communication
* Ensure project actions are promptly closed out, provide regular client feedback, and address internal communications for consistency.
* Monitor project timetables and deadlines.
Internal Communications
* Participate in internal briefings and QA checks on project issues.
Measurement of Success
* Adherence to company PM/BG processes, positive client feedback, timely responses to communications, and achievement of KPIs.
