1. Current registration with relevant professional body
2. Degree level qualification
3. Enhanced Clinical Practice qualification, level 6 or equivalent experience

4. Level 7 Post Registration/post gratulation qualification

Essential criteria
5. Demonstrable experience of managing a discrete aspect of a patient’s care at an enhanced level of practice with specific knowledge and skills in a field of expertise within Surgical specialities.
6. Experience of managing change as part of service and practice development.
