Are you enthusiastic about foodand enjoy creating a welcoming experience for others? Sodexo is looking for a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join us on weekend mornings, helping to prepare and serve a variety of delicious foods and beverages to both oursite-based and external customers. You’ll play a key role in deliveringexcellent service, following all company policies and procedures, and ensuringevery guest leaves with a smile.
What you'll do:
* Prepare and serve food and beverages to the required standards, following all health, safety, and food safety procedures, as well as site-based marketing and merchandising requirements.
* Operate cashless till systems, manage stock, and fill or count vending machines as required.
* Assist in all areas of the catering operation as directed by the line management team.
* Attend team meetings and participate in all required training and development relevant to your role.
* Adhere to all role specifications, uniform, and standards of dress policies while delivering professional customer service.
What you'll bring:
* Enthusiastic and reliable, with the ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards.
* Comfortable using basic computer systems or point-of-sale equipment.
* Works well as part of a team and able to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
* Friendly and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Well-organised, able to manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
