Role: Graduate Product Development Engineer
Location: Stirling
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Fully onsite role
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 35-hour week (or as required)
Bonus per company bonus scheme
Leave entitlement: 34 days (per annum) Birthday off

Duties Overview:
Develop legacy products, modify or redesign circuits from design, prototype to production
Build prototype and production assemblies to the required quality standard
Manage multiple projects concurrently in relation to new and legacy products
Develop new products from initial concept, through design and prototype to production
Draft, review and enhance existing product documentation
Define manufacturing processes, product and customer support documentation * Support production team
Liaise with third party specialists including manufacturers, designers, and software engineers
Provide customer support and training, fault diagnosis and design upgrades
Complete all company documentation where necessary and maintain all work areas to company standard
Key attributes:
Educated to Degree level in an appropriate discipline
Good understanding of analogue and digital electronics
Project management experience
Read and understand circuit diagrams, mechanical drawings and Workplace Instructions
Capable of designing and reverse engineering electronic circuit boards
numerate, articulate with good written and verbal communication skills
a positive, confident and determined approach
Detailed and accurate in written and verbal communication
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
