The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a committed team to maintain and enhance care standards
Drive occupancy growth, particularly among private-paying residents
Oversee the implementation of modern care systems in collaboration with compliance support
Maintain and build on the home’s Good CQC rating
Play a key role in re-commissioning a unit into a supported living service
