Account Manager – SaaS (FP&A Platform)

About the Company
SystemsAccountants are working exclusively with a fast-growing SaaS company in the FP&A space. Their platform is designed to streamline and automate data consolidation, reporting, and planning — all while enabling finance teams to continue using Excel.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will own and manage a book of business across multiple verticals. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Working closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers realise maximum value from the platform.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts across various industries.
* Develop multi-threaded stakeholder relationships to secure long-term success.
* Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to reinforce value and uncover new opportunities.
* Partner with Customer Success to ensure high levels of satisfaction and adoption.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and deal management in Salesforce.
* Provide customer feedback to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
* 2–4 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within SaaS.
* Proven track record of hitting expansion quotas and driving account growth.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce and SaaS sales tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills.
* Understanding of finance functions (FP&A, CFO, Controllers) is highly desirable.
