Working for Domino’s Pizza as a Delivery Driver means that you are at the forefront of our business and the last point for the Customer experience, ensuring that our customers get fresh high-quality pizzas delivered hot and on time.
Purpose of the Role
1. Deliver an exceptional service to our customers as a representative of Domino’s Pizza
2. Ability to carry out deliveries in a safe and timely manner
3. Effective time management skills
4. Conduct yourself whilst driving in a manner that does not detract from the Domino’s Pizza brand image
5. Ability to effectively manage any operational duties
6. Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team
7. Ability to deal with customer queries effectively at all times
8. Support the store in the general running and housekeeping
Key Accountabilities
9. Friendly and a well-mannered approach with customers
10. Pro-active in planning and organising of time ensuring that orders are received by the customer within the specified time frame
11. Delivering products safely and securely, avoiding unnecessary risks by adhering to all safety and security Policies
12. Competent Driving Skills ensuring that all driving limits, diversions and road signs are adhered to
13. Communicate effectively whilst on the road if a situation has occurred
14. General housekeeping during quiet periods
15. Pro-actively deal with customers at a good pace and apologise for mistakes made
Skill Requirements:
16. To deliver by car or moped (125cc) at Domino’s you need a full driving license held with no more than 9 points and no bans within the last 5 years
17. Right to work in the UK
18. Own car or moped (properly taxed with valid MOT and insurance)
19. Available to work evenings and weekends
Experience isn't necessary - if you have the attitude, we have the training for you. At Domino’s Pizza, we provide you with excellent on the job training, you will be trained in all aspects of the role ensuring that all products are delivered safely and securely.
