Opportunity
As the Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of key projects across the business, ensuring safe, profitable, and high‑quality outcomes. Reporting into the Construction Director, you’ll lead project teams from pre‑construction through to practical completion, driving performance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement across all areas of delivery.
You will bring experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams, strong commercial acumen, and a hands‑on approach to problem solving. This is a role for someone who leads by example, inspires their teams, and thrives in a dynamic, project‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple live construction projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and coach project teams, contractors, and sub‑contractors to achieve outstanding delivery performance.
• Manage project risk, commercial performance, programme coordination, and client communication.
• Champion best practice, compliance, and continuous improvement across processes and teams.
• Work collaboratively with internal disciplines (QS, SHE, Design, Planning) to drive alignment and success.
• Represent the business externally and build strong client relationships to support future work.
