We’re building a brand for bettors who back themselves, and we’re looking for a Creative Lead who can bring that to life across every channel.

At BOYLE Sports, we’re entering a new era. One shaped by sharp creative thinking, smart storytelling, and bold brand belief. With over 400 retail stores, a growing digital presence, and a new front-of-shirt Premier League sponsorship, we’re scaling fast, and redefining what it means to be a confident, customer-first betting brand.

As Creative Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand looks, feels and communicates. You’ll oversee a talented in-house studio and lead the development of creative ideas across campaigns, content, and customer comms. From out-of-home and digital to social and in-store, you’ll ensure every execution is strategically smart, visually strong, and unmistakably BOYLE.

We're not just looking for a safe pair of hands, we want someone who can lift the lid on our creative potential, bringing our new brand world to life. You’ll combine creative vision with hands-on direction, confident briefing and inspiring others, but just as comfortable jumping into the detail when needed. You’ll sit at the heart of the Brand team, reporting to the Director of Brand and working closely with experts in media, content, sponsorship, and customer engagement.

What you’ll do

* Own the creative output across all BOYLE Sports and Casino brands; across retail, digital, campaign, and content, making sure every asset is on-brand, well-crafted, and strategically sound.
* Lead and develop our internal creative team, which includes designers, motion editors, copywriters and artworkers, setting a high bar for creative standards and collaborative ways of working.
* Partner with Brand, Performance, and CRM teams to develop smart, insight-led creative for acquisition campaigns, brand activity, retention marketing and in-store comms.
* Bring our brand identity and tone of voice to life through strong conceptual thinking, consistent visual storytelling, and flexible creative execution.
* Drive creative innovation, exploring new formats, channels, and tools (especially AI-assisted design and creative automation) to keep our work fresh, agile, and efficient.
* Embed and own our new brand guidelines, ensuring they’re inspiring, usable, and adopted consistently across the business and our partners.
* Oversee day-to-day studio operations, from creative briefing and prioritisation to delivery and QA, ensuring all work is well-managed and delivered at pace.
* Champion a culture of creativity within the marketing team, where big ideas are valued, good design is non-negotiable, and people feel proud of the work we make.
* A leader that mentors and develops the team by; providing development, coaching, objectives and goal setting, performance management and other people policies as required ensuring the team is motivated, productive and fully compliant with all regulations and legislation
* Ensure Safer Gambling is at the heart of all brand development and activity as well as within the Team.
* Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation for relevant channels and ensure all activity is approved by Compliance and Legal team(s); ensure that all materials are consistent with Licence conditions and code(s) of practice; ensure all staff are trained and familiar with Responsible Gambling and AML requirements and knowledge is consistently and effectively updated.

What we’re looking for

* A confident, modern creative thinker with a portfolio that spans brand, campaign, content and digital design
* Experience leading creative teams in fast-paced, high-output environments, ideally with both in-house and agency exposure
* Strong conceptual and design instincts, able to both develop a campaign idea and finesse the execution
* Skilled at balancing big ideas with business needs, understanding performance, commercial context, and compliance requirements
* Up-to-date knowledge of creative tools, tech and trends, from Figma and Adobe CC to AI-assisted design and content systems
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to senior stakeholders
* Passionate about mentoring talent, building capability and pushing creative standards
