A leading consultancy partner is seeking an experienced Procurement Solution Architect to join their growing Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong individual with hands-on experience in Source-to-Pay platforms to play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-level procurement technology programmes.
The Opportunity
You’ll be a key member of a high-performing team focused on designing and implementing end-to-end Source-to-Pay solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will define the solution architecture, ensure delivery excellence, and help drive innovation across the S2P landscape.
The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of leading Source-to-Pay platforms, combined with experience architecting complex, integrated procurement solutions across large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Solution Architecture: Design and implement Source-to-Pay solutions that align with client business, technology, and regulatory objectives.
* Platform Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Source-to-Pay platforms to guide implementation design, configuration, and integration best practices.
* Client Engagement: Provide strategic advice to clients, helping define technology strategies, delivery roadmaps, and integration blueprints.
* Delivery Oversight: Ensure successful delivery of technology components across functional design, build, testing, and go-live phases.
* Innovation & Best Practice: Stay ahead of emerging trends in procurement technology—such as Agentic AI, automation, and orchestration tools—and apply these insights to client engagements.
* Sales & Pre-Sales Support: Contribute to proposal development and solutioning for new opportunities, helping shape winning client strategies.
Key Experience & Skills
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect within procurement or Source-to-Pay transformations.
* Hands-on expertise with one or more S2P platforms
* Strong understanding of solution design across application, data, and technical domains.
* Experience with cloud-based architectures, integration middleware, and infrastructure provisioning.
* Skilled at facilitating workshops, presenting to C-suite stakeholders, and translating complex technical solutions into business language.
* Strong delivery background, ideally within consultancy or blue-chip environments.
* Demonstrable success in managing distributed delivery teams (onshore, offshore, and third-party).
