This well-known, international FMCG business have a brand new position for a Finance Manager to add to their growing finance team, based in Central London. Following hefty investments over the past 12-18 months from some highly credible investment firms, we are now looking to further secure their international presence across numerous regions within EMEA and the United States, through a mixture of new tech-focused manufacturing facilities and new and more effective distribution channels, whilst maintaining their strong commitment to sustainability and the environment.
As the next new member to this talented finance function, you will grow and build a team around you where you will be responsible for laying down strong processes and procedures for the business as they embark on ambitious growth plans over the next 2-3 years, internationally. You will work closely with the FD on commercial and strategic initiatives, investments, local market analysis and numerous other forward looking activities. As well as managing a finance function that will manage the day to day needs of a business, looking to build more effective and efficient ways of working.

- Running a finance function and building a team
- Building and improving finance processes, procedures and controls
- Working with the wider business on tech focused initiatives
- Working with the FD on commercial initiatives and strategy
- Supporting and providing valuable input to the wider business on international growth plans
This role provides a brilliant opportunity to gain front row exposure to commercial finance activities in a fast-growth business, whilst taking responsibility to build a finance function in line with company growth plans.
