As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us. Evening and weekend availability required.

* Engage with customers using clear verbal and written communication.
* Address customer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

* Flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
