Senior Business Director IT

We are working with a large public sector client to recruit a senior service desk analyst on a permanent basis.
Role Overview:
You will be the main point of contact for the service desk analysts within the team, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service desk, reporting to the Service Desk Manager. The team is small, so hands-on service desk tasks are expected. Strong communication skills are essential as you will engage with staff at all levels. You will also interact with the Digital Ops teams and serve as an escalation point to ensure SLA & KPI targets are met.
Responsibilities include:
1. Supervising staff
2. Training
3. Creating Procedures
