1 St Giles, Oxford (with a move to the Schwarzman Centre, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter in September 2025) The Oxford Internet Institute – founded in 2001 - is a multidisciplinary research and teaching department of the University of Oxford, dedicated to the social science of the Internet. The work is based in Oxford but there may some opportunity for occasional remote working in the UK only. The successful candidate will assist in designing and administering a survey experiment among HR recruiters, quantitative analysis of the survey results, writing of results, and preparation of a peer-reviewed high-impact publication.You will have a first degree, along with relevant experience in experimental survey design or a related field (e.g., behavioural economics, HR management, data science, internet studies). The ideal candidate will be proficient in participant recruitment, compensation, retention, administering surveys and managing data collection.
