We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused sales assistant to join our store team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and making a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you!

The Role
Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with our customers. They lead the store’s success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing their knowledge of our products and brand.
You’ll interact with people on every shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
What to Expect from the Role
1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
2. Build a strong bond between our brand and customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs.
3. Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
4. Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and gathering customer data.
5. Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly.
6. Maintain high shop floor standards through effective merchandising and pride in your environment.
7. Operate the till system, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges.
