Are you able to teach Spanish to pupils in years 7 - 11? Perhaps you've been working on a supply basis and are looking for a block of work or your next long term assignment? Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a talented teacher to offer on a long term basis for a great school in St Albans.
This is a full-time temporary supply teaching role from Easter 2026 on an ongoing basis including into the next Academic year to cover an immediate resignation.
The Role
Teacher of Spanish to key stage 3 and 4 including GCSE
Five days a week 8.30am to 3.30pm
Full teaching responsibilities including parents evening, planning and marking and department meetings
A creative enthusiastic attitude to behaviour management is essential.
Innovative teacher able to tailor resources to a broad range of abilities and language skills.
A good knowledge of GCSE for Spanish is required, the department utilise the AQA exam board.
The academy are interested in hearing from early career teachers, experienced QTS teachers or FE lecturers with experience of teaching Spanish or French to students aged 11 to 16
