A Day in the Life
* Maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation of all public areas, ensuring high standards.
* Perform regular cleaning tasks – dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising surfaces.
* Monitor and restock supplies (toiletries, towels, sanitisers) in restrooms and other public spaces.
* Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance or cleaning needs, providing excellent customer service.
* Report maintenance issues, hazards or equipment needs to the supervisor.
* Assist in setting up for events and special occasions, ensuring public spaces are welcoming.
What We Need From You
* Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus, but full training is provided.
* Strong eye for detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – engage professionally with guests and staff.
* Ability to work independently, stay organized and manage time efficiently.
* Physical stamina for repetitive tasks: standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies.
* Proactive attitude toward safety and willingness to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
