B&Q Hedge End is hiring a Shift Lead. Full Time, Part Time or Job Share. Permanent contract, 18.5 to 36.75 hours per week. Full-time equivalent £27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 weeks holiday. Location: B&Q Hedge End. We aim to give customers ideas, advice, tools and confidence to create a home they’ll love. Join us as a Shift Lead and you’ll be a big part of this.
What’s the job?
Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’ll oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. Your responsibilities include:
* Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations are running smoothly.
* Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to “make every customer count” throughout your shift.
* Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Make sure our stores are safe at all times.
