Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: We require strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, as this is essential. We require experience with Intune, including device compliance, Autopilot, and app deployment. We require experience with Azure tenancy management, identity, and core services. We require a solid networking background, including routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs. We require experience with firewalls; WatchGuard experience is preferred but not essential. We require experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID. We require a solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. We require experience leading infrastructure or cloud projects end to end. We require an MSP background and the ability to own both technical delivery and direction. We require a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. We require the ability to commute to Whitstable regularly. We require comfort with a hybrid working model, typically 2 days working from home. Teams Phone or 3CX experience would be highly beneficial. Responsibilities: We act as the senior technical authority across the team. We own escalations and drive technical quality. We lead projects end to end, from design through to delivery. We mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers. We own service desk standards, ticket quality, and escalation pathways. We identify opportunities to improve and re-architect client environments. We work closely with clients and attend site when needed. We provide hands-on technical leadership and shape how the team delivers work. We support a smaller business as the senior technical voice. We take ownership and accountability beyond day-to-day ticket resolution.
