What you'll be doing:
* Inspire & lead a new team from the ground up
* Create an exceptional customer experience, offering expert product knowledge
* Drive store success through commercial awareness, strong KPI management, and operational excellence
* Ensure effective stock control, compliance, and visual merchandising
* Develop your team with a coaching-first approach
* Report into the Area Manager, sharing insights and driving continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
* Retail leadership experience - Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
* A passion for the outdoors and enthusiasm for product knowledge
* A proven track record in driving sales and leading high-performing teams
* Strong operational know-how - including P&L, KPIs, and compliance
* Outdoor, footwear, or fashion retail experience is a bonus - but great people leadership is key
