Key Responsibilities
* Lead the daily operation of an award-winning restaurant in West London
* Manage service, team performance and guest experience
* Control labour, budgets and P&L performance
* Champion exceptional British ingredients and strong food and wine knowledge
* Develop and support a strong front-of-house team
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an award-winning or premium restaurant
* Background in quality brasserie-style or premium casual dining
* Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
* A visible, guest-focused leader with a passion for hospitality
You must have full Right to Work in the UK and be able to commute easily into West London.
