Content Specialist – Luxury Wine brand – Up to £39k + bonus, benefits (On-Site London Office)
A leading UK wine merchant with a long heritage and a modern, creative marketing team is looking for a Content Coordinator to join its growing department. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, imaginative and proactive content specialist ideally with a strong interest in the wine industry who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves bringing stories to life across multiple channels. This is a highly collaborative team who are full-time in the office so require someone who thrives in that environment. About the Role
As Content Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of marketing activity — planning, creating and coordinating content that supports campaigns across email, social media, web, podcast, video and print. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners and creative contributors to ensure every piece of content is delivered on time, on brand and with impact.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety: one day you might be leading a photoshoot, the next shaping a social media strategy, briefing a podcast episode or collaborating on a major seasonal campaign.
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine interest in wine and an appreciation for brand storytelling
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar content or digital marketing role
* Strong hands‑on experience creating and delivering digital content
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion
* Confident using Canva (or similar) and social media management tools
* WSET Level 2 or French speaking is highly desirable, but not essential
