Job Title: Document Controller (Construction)
Location: Dagenham, Essex
Salary: £18.00 to £22.00 per hour

We are an experienced infrastructure business delivering high-profile, complex projects. We are seeking a highly organised Document Controller to join our dynamic project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project-related documentation from the initial design phase through to construction and project closeout.
The Role
As the Document Controller, you will be the gatekeeper of project information, ensuring all documents are accurate, accessible, and up to date for all team members and stakeholders. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflows throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Document Control Management
* Monitor and manage the flow of early warning notices (EWNs)
* Assist in coordinating the document management process
* Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure all documentation reflects the most current project information.
* Manage the company's Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to log, track, and distribute all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, RFIs, and specifications.
* Enforce document control procedures, including version control, naming conventions, and revision tracking, to maintain the integrity and accuracy of all records.
* Will be using a SharePoint system and ExCel
