About the role
As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of key product areas, overseeing team-level execution while aligning initiatives with strategic objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor other product managers, and ensure that product development is efficient, data-informed, and grounded in user insight. You’re experienced in making trade-offs, ensuring quality, and empowering your team to move with speed and purpose.
Responsibilities
Product Delivery & Execution
* Oversee the delivery of initiatives across your product area, enabling your team to make quick decisions and remove blockers.
* Foster a delivery environment where technical and design trade-offs are well understood and communicated.
Feature Specification
* Review and refine specifications created by others, ensuring clarity, technical feasibility, and alignment with broader business goals.
Quality Assurance
* Ensure your team embeds QA practices into their development process.
* Proactively prevent defects and build confidence in the shipped product.
Customer Insight & User Experience
* Structure and conduct user research, collaborating with design to translate insights into product decisions.
* Critically assess your team’s UX decisions, pushing for high-quality, user-centric design.
Data Fluency
* Leverage product and behavioural data to surface opportunities and measure product impact.
* Ensure your team makes decisions grounded in actionable insights.
Strategic Thinking
* Connect team-level priorities to company strategy and identify long-term opportunities in your product area.
* Work closely with leadership to influence roadmap direction and resourcing.
* What you'll need to succeedProven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
* Confident in facilitating cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
* A natural coach and mentor, capable of supporting junior product managers.
* Deep empathy for users and a commitment to solving real customer problems.
