Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Ipswich, Hybrid.
Salary: £40,000- £45,000, depending on candidate experience.
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm. 37.5 hours per week.

The Vacancy:
You will bring strong pre- and post-contract experience across sectors including healthcare, education and commercial.
Skills Required:
* Cost planning & valuations.
* Change control & contract administration.
* Procurement support.
* Interim & final accounts.
* Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
* JCT and NEC experience.
