About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you ll be responsible for:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
* Managing the classroom environment to ensure a safe and productive learning experience for students.
* Supporting pupils in understanding lesson content and encouraging engagement and participation.
* Following school policies around behaviour management, safeguarding, and assessment.
* Liaising with teaching staff to feedback on student progress and classroom activity.
