The Role
This leading international firm is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor (2–5 PQE) to join its
highly ranked Employment team
in Glasgow.
You'll work closely with some of the
most experienced Employment Partners
in the market, supporting top-quality clients across Scotland and the wider UK.

The Work
* Advising on the full spectrum of employment law, including contracts, recruitment, benefits, employee transitions, post-termination restrictions, and reward structures.
* Working closely with international and UK organisations to resolve day-to-day employment challenges and provide strategic, forward-thinking advice.
* Representing clients in
employment tribunals and High Court litigation
on complex, high-value disputes.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering both contentious and non-contentious support.
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments and jurisdictions to deliver joined-up, commercially focused advice.
Your Experience
* A qualified Employment Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE.
* Demonstrable experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex legal advice into practical solutions.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of client interaction.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
