Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Full driving license
* Health and Safety knowledge (desirable but not essential)
* Experience in health and safety (desirable)
* Ability to travel between sites (essential)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel (essential)
Duties of this role include:
* Building and maintaining clinical rotas across Circle Integrated Care in accordance with relevant standard Operating Procedures.
* Actioning clinic change requests and overseeing/canceling clinics as necessary.
* Monitoring slot utilization reports and providing information to patient administration and clinical teams.
* Monitoring estate usage and implementing actions for optimal space utilization.
* Developing and maintaining stock control systems across estates in coordination with procurement and finance teams.
