Are you a skilled Health and Safety Administrator, based near Knowsley? Joining us as a HSEQ Administrator, you will report to and be responsible for supporting the Health and Safety team for Liberty in several areas relating to health, safety, environment, and quality. We can Offer You: Work-Life Balance: 23 days annual leave bank holidays, plus flexibility with overtime Health & Wellbeing: 24/7 GP access, mental health support, fitness programs, and more Training & Growth: Ongoing professional development to keep you at the top of your game Your Role: To monitor, review, update and amend the HSEQ Management System documentation as requested by the HSEQ Team To assist the Director of Health and Safety in the administration and co-ordination of health and safety initiatives throughout Liberty To support company compliance with regards to Gas Safe – including scanning and issuing of Gas Safe cards, coordinate Gas Safe registrations and support all aspects of Gas Safe compliance as required To support with administration and co-ordination of internal audits and support / coordinate any external audits To assist the HSEQ Team in developing processes, procedures, forms and documents To provide support and guidance to operational managers with regards to forms, templates and accurate completion of any required HSEQ information, such as during incident investigation, tools and equipment monitoring, inspection compliance and facilities management documentation Coordinate the production, monitoring and reviewing of HSEQ policies, procedures and guidance Undertake additional duties as directed by the Director of Health and Safety What We Need from You. A good level of education Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Teams, etc.) IOSH Managing Safely, Fire Warden, and First Aid training (desirable or willing to work towards) Experience with HSEQ Management Systems and process mapping (desirable) Ability to manage corrective actions and support external audits Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills Ability to write and present reports clearly and professionally Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively A proactive learner with a flexible, can-do attitude Committed to high-quality customer service and continuous improvement A current valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle (essential) Why Liberty?
