Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Hybrid: Welwyn Garden City (travel to UK based sites required at times) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week) As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Review applications, conduct screening calls, and shortlist candidates. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews via self-service links, collect feedback from interviewers, and manage outcomes. Offer Management: Make job offers, prepare offer letters, and manage all associated paperwork. Compliance: Collect and verify candidate documentation and complete full referencing. Onboarding: Prepare and issue contracts, set up new starters, and organise online training. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
