We are seeking a dedicated and caring Unqualified Early Years Assistant, on behalf of our Sheffield and Rotherham nurseries, to work 1:1 with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support for children with SEND, ensuring they can access all areas of learning
* Assist the Nursery and/or Reception Teacher with classroom tasks, planning, and assessment
* Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that supports every child’s development
* Work collaboratively as part of a caring, experienced Early Years team
About You
* Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs
* Has experience working with young children, ideally in an Early Years or SEND setting
* Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team
* Is eager to develop skills and complete relevant CPD
