What you’ll be doing:
* Working closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store operates smoothly daily.
* Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, often being the sole manager with full accountability.
* Collaborating with a team to complete all tasks, ensuring efficient and safe customer service.
* Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll.
* Supporting other stores within our network when needed.

* Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to coach a team similarly.
* Ability to meet KPIs and other performance targets.
* Experience handling disciplinary, performance, or employee relations issues.
* Leadership skills to operate independently in the absence of senior management.
