Whitehall Garden Centre is a family run and award winning business.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Chef at our Lacock Garden Centre near Chippenham.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a passion for fresh food, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential.
Your days of work will include working 4 days between Monday to Friday and alternate weekends, no split shifts. Bank Holidays are required. This is a temporary role until the end of December 2025.
Responsibilities
* Ability to organise and run your own section within the kitchen.
* Training junior members of staff
* Stock control and compliance
* You will need to show great communication skills.
* Ensuring Company standards and specifications are met and maintained at all times
* Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained to meet Health & Safety regulations and food preparation guidelines
