Overview
Opportunity for a Payroll Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join our UK&I Finance Team in central Glasgow.
The role is permanent and Hybrid (2/3 days per week in the office).
Responsibilities
* Payroll processing
* Bank reconciliations
* Intercompany recharge invoices
* Support month end close
* Fixed asset management
* Month end reconciliations
* Supporting year end external audit
* Maintain mailboxes with finance department
* Intermediary reporting
Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience in payroll processing and working closely with external payroll provider
* General accounting experience, fixed asset, general ledger management and supporting month end close
* Ability to manage their own workload
* Ability to work to strict deadlines
* Proficient in Excel
