Thomas’s Battersea seeks a dedicated, inspiring and visionary leader to take on the newly created role of Head of Prep (Years 3-8) to lead on education and day to day management of over 350 pupils.
Working closely with the Head and Senior Deputy Head, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the school’s continued success and serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in leadership, a passion for innovative education, and the drive to inspire both staff and pupils, fostering a culture of academic excellence, mutual trust, creativity, and holistic development.
Thomas’s Battersea, part of a flourishing family-run group of independent, co-educational day schools offering a broad curriculum and with kindness at the heart, is a school of pupils aged 2-13, and the Head of Prep will be responsible for the day-to-day running of those in Years 3 to 8, overseeing their academic and pastoral progress, acting as a role model to all members of the community, and always striving to deliver excellence in all areas of school life.
