Full time, Temporary Cranfield £13.38 per hour Ref No: IPRS7465 Our client has a full time temporary vacancy with an immediate start for an Administrator, initially expected to last till the end of April 2026. The role requires someone with good administration skills, attention to detail and good data entry skills. The role is fully office based, 8 am till 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Document collation
* Scanning documents and uploading to portal
* Data input
* Allocating maintenance requests onto the booking system
* Ad hoc recetion desk duties
* Manage/monitor general mail inboxes
Requirements
* Experience of working in an administrative office environment
* IT literate
* Good written and spoken communication
* Good attention to detail is important
* An understanding of good customer service delivery
