Hays HR are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced, growing technologypany based near Camberley through a period of significant organisational change. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering people strategies that enable transformation, support leaders, and drive engagement during change.
Your new role
This is a hands-on interim assignment, ideal for an HRBP who thrives in dynamic environments and brings strong change management expertise, ideally within tech or similar sectors.Key Responsibilities
1. Business partner closely with the SLT and CEO to deliver people solutions aligned to business change initiatives.
2. Lead 3 change management projects, including a small restructure, change of operating model, and a review of ways of working.
3. Provide expert advice on employee relations matters arising from change (consultations, role changes, redeployment, etc.)
4. Coach and support leaders through periods of uncertainty, ensuring clearmunication and consistent people practices.
5. Support organisational design, workforce planning, and capability building aligned to future business needs
6. Ensure HR policies, processes, and initiatives are fit for purpose and support a high-performance culture
7. Act as a trusted HR advisor while remaining pragmatic,mercial, and solutions-focused.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven interim experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a technology or fast-growth environment
9. Strong change management experience, including restructures and transformation programmes
10. Sound knowledge of UK employment law and best practice HR processes
11. Confident influencing and coaching senior stakeholders
12. Immediately available or short notice preferred
