Role Overview: This is a great opportunity to join an expanding cloud & infrastructure lead business growing rapidly within the MSP space. The immediate role will be to ensure the efficient running of the project delivery function for our large base of existing and onboarding clients. The candidate should have excellent organisation skills and preferably worked within an MSP environment previously. This role does not require full Prince2 certification and is aimed at a person that can problem solve and manage different teams to bring together fast and effective delivery to our clients. Key Responsibilities Facilitation: Resolving operational bottlenecks and streamlining logistical challenges across our delivery teams and clients. Collaboration: Working closely with Sales AM’s, Tech leaders to ensure booking of resource and hardware\software supply come together. Adaptability: Optimise project scope and resource allocations to best align with product, service and customer requirements Progress Tracking: Utilising our PSA tools manage track end to end systems whilst pushing forward all departments of the business to deliver a fast and stable outcome for our customers. Communication: Keeping the teams and clients updated on the progress of their project along the journey. Ensuring time and customer expectations are met at all times. Report: Monthly management of WIP and delivery timescales based upon current workloads to senior leadership team members. Weekly meetings with tech teams to push progress and work on blockers to tech team heads of departments. Quality Focus: Ensuring continuous feedback to internal teams to help improve process and systems to optimise workflows, processes and systems to expedite efficient delivery Management: Managing PMO and junior PMO teams to help support the deliver of your department.
