Are you an experienced Youth Support Worker looking to transfer your skills to a school setting? Or have you recently completed a degree and are interested in working in education? Vision for Education is seeking Learning Support Assistants to work within KS1 to KS4 SEND schools across Rotherham.
The role
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teaching assistants or those with a strong background in similar settings, seeking long-term or day-to-day supply roles in Rotherham. Your responsibilities will include supporting class teachers and other LSAs within small classes. While challenging, this role is highly rewarding as you engage with vulnerable young people, families, and agencies to support their development and achievement.

Requirements
* Level 2 or 3 Classroom Support qualification or relevant experience (voluntary experience counts)
* Experience supporting children or young adults with EBD, ASC, SEMH, and related needs
* A genuine desire to work as part of a team of specialist teachers
* A passion for supporting students and teachers, capable of working in small groups and one-to-one
* Own vehicle and willingness to travel across Rotherham is highly desirable but not essential
