As part of a fast-moving product team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the robustness, performance and reliability of financial technology solutions that support high-volume transactions. You'll work alongside engineers, product managers, and domain experts to help shape the future of real-time financial platforms. What You'll Be Doing: - Championing quality across the entire product development lifecycle - Creating comprehensive and structured test plans, test cases, and test strategies - Designing and maintaining automated test frameworks - Expanding and optimising regression test packs to maintain high test coverage - Identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with teams to ensure timely resolution - Influencing system architecture from a testability perspective - Tracking and reporting quality metrics across platforms - Keeping up to date with emerging tools, trends and techniques in automation and testing What We're Looking For - Previous experience testing systems in financial services, ideally with exposure to Fintech or high-value transaction systems - Solid understanding of QA methodologies and best practices - Experience using Cypress for automation testing - Proficient in JavaScript and SQL - Confident working with both white-box and black-box testing approaches - Strong attention to detail and a methodical mindset - Excellent communication skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Experience using AI tools to support test planning and analysis is a plus Interview Process: Transparency and efficiency are key to this process.
