What Youll Be Doing:
* Leading and supporting a skilled workshop team day-to-day
* Diagnosing, servicing & repairing construction plant machinery (excavators, loaders, etc.)
* Providing mentorship & technical guidance to engineers and apprentices
* Ensuring workshop efficiency, safety, and top-tier service quality
* Using the latest diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & hydraulic faults
What Youll Need:
1. NVQ Level 3 in Plant, HGV, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering (essential)
2. Strong hands-on experience with construction/heavy plant machinery
