The London Borough of Lambeth is looking for a Youth Engagement Coordinator to lead and manage a team of dedicated youth outreach workers. You will oversee interventions that support children and young people at risk of offending, family breakdown, homelessness, and exploitation. This role involves working closely with young people in the community, schools, and Police Custody Suites, ensuring they receive the right support, guidance, and access to positive opportunities. You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating programmes while mentoring and supervising your team to achieve impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise Prevention Officers / Sessional Youth Engagement Workers, including workload allocation, performance, and professional development.
