About you:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role within a manufacturing or similar environment
* Experience managing and developing a finance team, with strong leadership skills
* Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and IFRS awareness
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights
* Confident communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
What you'll do:
* Lead and develop a senior finance team of 5, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
* Oversee the month-end close process ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall business performance monitoring
* Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and growth opportunities
* Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and ensure compliance with controls
